The Dukan Diet- Attack Phase


I went through the Attack phase.

Actually I survived the attack phase for 10 whole days!!!

Starting weight: 132 lbs
Today's weight: 126.8 lbs

Although I feel as if retaining lots of weight right now but whatever...

It actually worked!!

I look thinner and two people mentioned so.

Plus my pants feel loose.

It felt horrible in the first four days, but then I got kind of used to it...

Now I've began Cruise Phase, following a schedule of PP/PV 1/1 scheme...

It's supposed to last for about 3 days per lb.

Let's see..

I feel very motivated.

:)

Wish me luck and courage please, I need it.

I also tried Dukan! Being vegetarian it was so hard for me so so difficult, I managed 2.5 days of attack phase and now I can't look at eggs or yogurt again (the only things I was allowed being veggie) I lost 7lbs in that time and did feel lighter, but wow what a price! all back on now though :( Wish you luck with your endeavours!

Medically Burnette: All back on for me too. I don't blame the diet though- it was me who ate too much afterwards. It's a bit hard to stay on a diet like that when you're invited out or go out for drinks. I'm on a new diet now- a slower one but a much easier one. :)
