Okay it took one man with endless energy to make me actually like and ENJOY my rotation in Internal Medicine...
Oh my GOD
I did NOT see that coming.
And to think that I stayed till midnight 4 nights in almost one week.
I woke up thinking I would be happy to start my 2 week rotation in Hematology, and I was actually missing my attending and the whole gang.
And then my patient spotted me in the corridor, the patient that hated me because I took arterial blood samples from him and insisted that he should sit up for me to listen to his lungs and heart, and he said "hi" and asked why I hadn't come that day.
Awwwwwww
I was so touched.
I like the hospital.
I can't wait to go back to Internal Medicine in 2 weeks...

Never considered rotations to be paradise. Paradise is being done with them!
